Description

This seminar will explore major texts of British Romanticism as well as the question what Romanticism has meant to different critics and literary historians and, hence, which texts are to be considered as ‘major’ ones. The aim of the seminar is to provide a consolidated understanding of the complexities and ambiguities of this influential period in British literary history.
