This lecture will be taught by Fabian Hebestreit (how will start in Münster in October, therefore temporarily Thomas Nikolaus is listed as a substitute).
In this lecture we will give a genle inroduction into infinity-categories. This topic has become more and more important in recent years in topology, but also in algebra and other fields. This lecture is aimed at Master students with some background about ordinary categories and it would be helpful to have some knowledge about algebra and topology (but in reality we will require very little preknowledge).
